Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Within New Zealand

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Rural Delivery: Please allow an extra 1–2 business days
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

• International shipping times vary by destination.
• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

• All orders come with tracking.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or high-volume periods. Vybzkantel is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
