Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to shop with complete confidence. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, please review our return guidelines below.

Return Timeframe

Return requests must be made within 14 business days from the date your order arrives.

Eligibility

Items are eligible for return only if they are:

  • Never worn
  • Not washed
  • In their original state
  • Tags intact and attached
  • Original packaging included
  • Free from marks, stains, or odours

Items that don't meet these requirements may be declined and returned to you at your expense.

Starting a Refund or Exchange

To initiate a return or refund, email us at vybz@vybzkantel.onmicrosoft.com and include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Your preference: refund, exchange, or store credit

We'll email you return instructions once your request is approved.

Refund Process

After receiving and checking your return, we'll let you know if it's been approved or declined.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges and Store Credit

  • We offer exchanges or store credit
  • Store credit is valid for future purchases
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Store credit is provided as a digital code or account balance for use on future orders.

Items on Sale

Discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns
